PROJECT Overview

These designs were created for an animation prop based on Victorian engineering and travel. The final rendering was sketched out using technical and marker pens and then edited in Photoshop with additional typography elements created in Illustrator.

Ye Olde Rocket MK2

In this sketch, I added a hatch door and chimney stack as extra stylistic elements. As the build was more complicated and harder to maintain, the MK1 version was used instead.

Ye Olde Rocket MK1

This sketch version was the successful concept before the final version was drawn up (as seen above). The completed model would be able to stand on set without additional supports.

PROJECT LOGO

The below gallery illustrates the project logo development process. The final logo takes on some steampunk themes such as cogs and metal rings to mimic the rocket design. The logo appears on the final client design boards to create a complete and cohesive project.
