[GAMIFICATION - Player TYPES INFOGRAPHIC]
This infographic was created to illustrate the different gamer “types” based on Bartle’s research into gamification. I’ve taken inspiration from the 16 Bit Super Nintendo era to illustrate the 4 types of gamer, their personalities and examples of games which appeal to them.
All illustrative components were created in Adobe Illustrator, imported into Adobe Indesign and arranged along with additional text boxes/written content.
The icons used in the background were also individually illustrated for re-use as part of an extended infographic piece carrying on from this version.
[User Experience Infographic]
This infographic shows the output from a user-testing session conducted by a multi-nation banking corporation. The final design is then made available to the project stakeholders across the company. I’ve incorporated the existing icon styles and corporate colour palette and typeface throughout the design.
[REMOTE WORKING - ISOMETRIC INFOGRAPHIC]
This design work was created in Adobe Illustrator using a 3D grid. This style of illustration helps the viewer to become more immersed in the information as there are a number of focal points to look at. One of the most important factors when displaying text-based information on a design like this is to keep it simple so as to not overload the viewer.
With a design of this kind, development opportunities might include interactive animation via Adobe Edge or interactive PDF with Adobe Acrobat.
[FOSWAY INFOGRAPHIC 2018]
This infographic was created for HR and learning analyst company Fosway to be used at the Learning Technologies conference in 2018. This was a large scale design which would essentially be turned into a display banner at the show.
